I am asenior citizen, on call of chairman of socity i went in the society common office and we wew=re disusing about dispute suddenly secretary and treasurer is beated me brutly and fractured my 7 left side ribs which came in C.T.Scan. Police filed cross F.I.R. against me and office ber=arers of society.the magistrate is recorded the statment of complainant secretary and his statment been got crossed. Now prosecution is applied to Add section 452 of I.P.C. against me, can magistrate will add the section 452 ofI.P.C. aginst me, if he cannot please guide me the judgment or provisions he can not add the section 452 against me.
