If a person constructed a house 27 yrs before and the part of land is encroached which belongs to other person due to wrong survey by gov’t department. and now the encroached property is passed to a new owner in 2016 and the new owner is filling a complaint on house owner tht the house owner is tree passed his land. Let me know how the section 447 applies for a house owner who has encroached a part of others land 27 yrs before unknowingly. As house owner is ready to pay the valuation on encroached property, but the land owner is not accepting n willing trying to demolish a part house which is encroached 27 yrs before.
