I want to know if goods worth Rs 30 lac is stolen under section 381
Is it compoundable offence?as order is passed for release of property but with
Condition of indemnity bond and security to be provided by complainant
Complainant not being able to provide security is contemplating if compounding
Can help him in releasing goods without security and only indemnity bond
If my vehicle is missing along with driver and police has registered the complaint under section 381 will I be able to get compensation from my insurance company when both are not traceable
If the materials – booked for transportation with a particular Carrier, are stolen by any of the employees / Driver / Helper of the said transporter. Then which section of IPC to be applied.
