Food vendor/s park their cart on a pedestrian walkway obstructing safe passage for pedestrians. Vehicles come and park to buy the food, obstructing in-transit traffic, causing traffic jam. This is happening on Desouza Road (Ward 111), Bangalore 560025, by the side of Devatha Plaza and Samyuktha Karnataka. Condition of the roads – Desouza Road, Hayes Road is poor with sidewalks unsafe for pedestrains, leave alone for senior Citizens.
The local Govt.Agencies have scant regard for the safety of the pedestrians.
