According to Para 1 – This section is Bailable, Cognizable and Non-compoundable.
According to Para 2 – This section is Non-bailable, Cognizable and Non-compoundable.
According to Para 3,4 and 5 – This section is Non-bailable and Cognizable.

According to Para 2,3 and 4 – Magistrate of the first class
According to Para 5 – Court of Session
Punishment :
According to Para 1 – Imprisonment for 2 years, or fine, or both.
According to para 2 – Imprisonment for 3 years and fine.
