Abetment of offence punishable with death or imprisonment for life-if offence not committed.

This section is non-bailable, According as offence abetted is cognizable or non-cognizable and Non-compoundable.
Triable By :
Court by which offence abetted is triable.
Punishment :
According to Para 1 – Imprisonment for 7 years and fine.
According to Para 2 – Imprisonment for 14 years and fine.
