I have filed the case of 377 against my husband and in laws 20 days before but still police has not arrested them. During this period he has submit interim bail application in session court and he got a bail. What shall I do now to arrest him? Please reply

According to the current status of this law no action can be taken against your husband as it is an impracticable law. Kindly for your won sake as well as for your husband’s well being, who must have been forced to marry you under society’s pressure, file a divorce and find someone of similar orientation as yours.
A case is filled against 4 persons for making a video of unnatural sex categorically ” putting private part in mouth” and with an offence of beating him. In between one of the accused got an interim bail. Will they be taken for task and get arrested
